Beckers is wholly owned by Lindéngruppen AB. Operations are divided into business areas, each of which is a profit centre. The Parent Company, AB Wilh. Becker, has overall responsibility for accounting, finance and information, while the business areas conduct their operations with a considerable degree of autonomy.
