The Beckers Code of Conduct specifies the ethics we must follow in the pursuit of our objectives.
The Code should be followed by each director, officer and employee worldwide It applies to all Beckers operations and relations and how we conduct ourselves and our business. Specifically, we adhere to and promote whenever possible the core values applying to human rights, labour standards, the environment and anticorruption as expressed in the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact.
In order to avoid any room for potential misunderstanding or misinterpretation of how itapplies on a functional level, the Code of Conduct’s content is structured to index the areas which include categories such as legal compliance, accounting and reporting, workplace practices, community involvement and conflicts of interest, gifts and bribes.
The code has been translated into 24 languages for communication to all our employees.

Compliance
Our policy is to support open and fair discussion of issues and worries. Employees are encouraged and expected to report any and all incidents of non-compliance with this Code of Conduct.
Failure to comply may result in civil and criminal liability and /or disciplinary action, including termination of employment.
