The Beckers Group is wholly-owned by the Lindén family through Lindéngruppen AB.
The late Ulf Lindén became Managing Director of Beckers in 1974 and continued to run the business as MD until 1982, overseeing its transformation into a European multinational. He began to acquire a substantial shareholding in the company and by 1985 held 100% of the shares.
The Beckers Group remains family-owned and Jenny Lindén Urnes succeeded her father as Chairman in 2006.
